1. Continental Elastomers (India)’s Conditions Apply.
1.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Continental Elastomers (India), all quotations and orders for the supply of goods or services by Continental Elastomers (India) are made upon these Conditions of Sale which shall at all times override any terms and conditions which the purchaser of such goods and services imposes or seeks to impose.

1.2 Continental Elastomers (India)’s employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning goods or services unless confirmed by Continental Elastomers (India) in writing. In entering into the Contract the Purchaser acknowledges that it does not rely on any such representations which are not so confirmed.

1.3 No claim will be entertained unless brought to our notice in within 24 hours in receipt of the goods.

1.4 Goods once sold will not be taken back.

2. Prices.
2.1 All prices quoted, printed or online publications are subject to GST where applicable.

2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice (to take account of any variation in company’s costs). The goods and services will be invoiced at the price ruling on the date of despatch.

2.3 All prices are given by Continental Elastomers (India) on an ex works basis, the Purchaser shall be liable to pay Continental Elastomers (India) charges for transport, packaging and insurance. All orders for goods will be subject to a delivery charge per delivery.

3. Payment.
3.1 The Customer shall make payment in full without any deduction or withholding whatsoever on any account within 20 ( twenty ) days of the end of the month in which the invoice is dated or some later date following invoicing which must be clearly evidenced in writing as having been agreed between Continental Elastomers (India) and the Customer.

3.2 Interest @ 24% will be charged if payment is not paid within due date from the date of delivery of the goods.

3.3 No claim by the customer in respect of goods comprised in one delivery of goods shall entitle the Customer to withhold payment of the whole or part of the price payable in respect of any other delivery of goods.
